Resetting the Doorbell Camera

To reset the doorbell camera, please follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the doorbell button (the button used to ring the bell) for about 8 seconds
2. Wait until you hear "enter pairing mode"
3. Click the "+" icon on the device page to re-add the device

Resetting Security Cameras

For security cameras:

1. Press and hold the reset button on the back of the camera
2. Wait until the red light flashes and you hear "enter pairing mode"
3. Click the "+" icon on the device page to re-add the device

When should you reset?

Consider resetting your device when:

• The device is offline and won't reconnect
• You need to connect to a different Wi-Fi network
• You're transferring the device to a new owner
• Troubleshooting persistent issues
