Having trouble with your doorbell chime? Here's how to fix it.

Why doesn't the chime ring?

First, check if the chime lights up when you plug it in.

If the chime does light up:

1. Bring the chime closer to the doorbell
2. Follow the instructions to re-pair the chime with the doorbell

How do I connect the indoor chime?

Important: The Aiwit doorbell camera cannot be connected to your existing indoor chime. Please use the included chime that comes with your doorbell camera.

If you have the chime plugged in but it's not playing a sound when the bell is ringing, make sure you're using the chime that was included with your doorbell purchase.

Tips for better chime performance

• Keep the chime within range of the doorbell
• Ensure the chime is plugged into a working outlet
• Re-pair the chime if it stops working after a power outage
